Is there any authorized servicer in your area to service it ??
If there isn't, I'd suggest finding a brand that has authorized servicers.
Without a good support structure behind your purchase, your TV is only as good as the parts installed……
From what I have seen, the JVC line looks well built, but it does need repair just like all the other brands I service.
